5. Process improvement: Participate in process optimization and innovation activities, propose improvement suggestions, improve production efficiency and product quality.

Job requirements:

1. Education background: Vocational school diploma or above, major in mechanical engineering, mechatronics or related fields.

2. Work experience: More than 5 years of experience as a fitter, familiar with mold structure and processing flow, proficient in basic fitter operation skills and the use of commonly used tools. 3. Skill requirements:
