Q1:Can I get some samples?

A1: We will be glad to provide samples (free of charge for most requests) for quality evaluation.

Q2:How about the delivery time?

A2: Normally 7-15 days for bulk orders.

Q3:Can you provide OEM or ODM service?

A3: We accept OEM & ODM, such as putting your logo on the packaging, customized bags, and boxes, or make the products according to your own design.

Q4:How about the payment?

A4: We accept most of the payment by T/T or L/C at sight. We also support Trade Assurance on Alibaba.

Q5:How about the shipping?

A5-1: For sample orders, usually by express company, such as DHL, UPS, FedEx, TNT, etc. Or please instruct your courier to pick up the parcel from our office.

 A5-2:For bulk orders, usually by sea or by air, FOB with your own forwarder in China or CIF/CFR with our forwarder.
